I continue to be inspired by the unique and rich journey each of us takes to come home to ourselves to find vitality, peace and fulfillment. I am currently on the Board of Directors for Sol Community Counseling. I graduated from the MSSW and BSW programs at UT Austin and I have received certifications in yoga instruction and buddhist philosophy from Dharma Yoga Austin and yoga therapy practitioner from Phoenix Rising. I am deeply informed by eastern and western approaches, primarily yoga therapy, mindfulness, Hakomi, intersectional feminism and interpersonal neurobiology.
In addition to clinical supervision, I provide individual and couples therapy to adults experiencing discord from issues including chronic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, marital or family problems, relational conflict, and inertia or feeling stuck. I also specialize in working with the 20% of the population with high sensory processing sensitivity, otherwise known as Highly Sensitive People.
