Mindfulness practice helps develop resilience when facing life’s challenges; especially helpful as we approach the holidays. This 6-week study and process group will develop mindfulness skills and allow practice opportunities to develop awareness of the present moment, without judgement, as we explore how to bring mindfulness into everyday life. We will meet in the cozy Sol Yoga Studio at Sol Healing and Wellness Center.
