This 8-week study and process group will develop mindfulness skills and allow practice opportunities to develop awareness of the present moment, without judgement, as we explore how to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
Together we will discover how to stay in contact with our experiences, even during times of distress. We will meet in the cozy Sol Yoga Studio at Sol Healing and Wellness Center. This group will provide community, accountability and a supportive space to connect with others.
Mindfulness is well-researched and evidence-based. Mindfulness practice helps develop resilience when facing life’s challenges.

Cost: 8-week commitment is $200, or $175 if paid in full by Feb.1st. If a class is missed, members will receive email attachment with informal practice assignments.
